Reservations

Lake Breez Motel will be open May thru October. Advanced reservations are advised. Reservations can be made anytime of the year, please call 301-387-5503 ext. 2206. If our lines are busy, please do not hang up, but leave a message on our voice mail and we will return your call.

Reservation Policy - One night's deposit for each unit is required to confirm your reservation. If the deposit is sent by mail, we must receive it within a week when the reservation was made, or we can apply the deposit to your credit card. A contract will be sent, if time allows, confirming your reservation.

Cancellation Policy - If you must cancel your reservation, you must notify us not less than seven days in advance of your reservation. At that time, one-half of your deposit will be refunded. Or, if you prefer, your full deposit can be applied to another reservation up to the close of the current season (re-application one time only). If a 7 day prior notice is not given, there will be No Reapplication and No Refund.
